From the outset we wanted to build a reputation as a search business, focusing on the provision of recruitment services to senior executives. To achieve this we recruited a number of the market’s leading experts and this has provided the springboard for our success.
Throughout our evolution we have believed in controlled growth and have no aspirations to be ‘big’. We are a boutique and truly value the importance of highly personalised and effective relationships. We take a long term view on all of our business dealings and this has enabled us to build strong partnerships with a number of leading global brands.
Over the next 5 years we intend to broaden the global reach of our existing service areas and wish to recruit a number of specialists who can help us achieve our goals.
