Managing Director
Steve is the Managing Director at Integral and assumes overall responsibility for the strategy and direction of the business. He founded Integral in 2001 and has since advised on a number of the most high profile moves in the accountancy profession. Steve is particularly well regarded for his tax expertise and has supported a number of businesses in developing their Partner and Director recruitment strategies. Last year Steve was also recognised by the 'Who's Who' Guide as one of the leading entrepreneurs in the UK under the age of 35. Prior to Integral, Steve qualified as an Occupational Psychologist before joining one of the UK’s leading recruitment firms.

Fiona Sloss
Assurance & Advisory
Fiona joined Integral in 2003 and has been responsible for the development of the Assurance & Advisory team. Operating at Director and Partner level, she has worked on a range of high profile assignments for professional services firms across audit, risk, forensic, corporate recovery, corporate finance and management consultancy.
Fiona is also a member of the Practice Mergers & Acquisitions team and has extensive experience advising management teams on all aspects of their firm's strategic development. After graduating with a degree in Marketing, Fiona trained in audit with a Big 4 firm. Prior to joining Integral, Fiona worked for a niche executive search firm and a leading global recruitment firm, delivering on a range of senior assignments across financial services, corporates and professional services.

Caroline Chater
Practice Tax
Caroline joined Integral at its inception. She is Head of the Tax Team and has a particular focus on senior tax appointments. She has a considerable range of expertise that has been built up over the last 15 years spanning Tax, Corporate Finance and Assurance. Caroline is well known for advising the professional services marketplace and has developed an enviable record for appointing senior candidates into strategic leadership and partnership positions. Before entering recruitment, Caroline graduated in Law and subsequently worked at a leading international law firm. This experience enables her to intimately understand the cultural and working practices of professional partnerships.

Mark Klein
Manager - Commercial Tax
Mark joined Integral in January 2006 to establish the in-house tax desk. He has successfully advised on a number of high profile moves in the FTSE and Fortune 500 market as well as the Investment Management and Insurance sector. With over 8 years experience in the commercial tax market, Mark has extensive experience in conducting senior search and selection campaigns and advising a variety of key clients on an ongoing basis.

Nick Goy
Head of International
Nick joined Integral in 2006 and has a strong track record in working with leading professional services firms on an international basis. With a focus on senior appointments, he has advised clients in a number of global markets including Hong Kong, Dubai, Moscow and New York. Nick has completed numerous searches across Tax, Audit, Advisory and Risk, at both Partner and Director level and has been responsible for a number of high profile global recruitment campaigns. Prior to joining Integral, Nick gained considerable experience executing a range of assignments with a leading global recruitment firm. Nick graduated from Bath University with a BSc in Politics with Economics and an MSc in Business and Finance.
