Fiona Sloss

Fiona joined Integral in 2003 and has been responsible for the development of the Assurance & Advisory team. Operating at Director and Partner level, she has worked on a range of high profile assignments for professional services firms across audit, risk, forensic, corporate recovery, corporate finance and management consultancy. Fiona is also a member of the Practice Mergers & Acquisitions team and has extensive experience advising management teams on all aspects of their firm's strategic development. After graduating with a degree in Marketing, Fiona trained in audit with a Big 4 firm. Prior to joining Integral, Fiona worked for a niche executive search firm and a leading global recruitment firm, delivering on a range of senior assignments across corporates, financial and professional services.
Lucy Hodgson
Audit & General Practice
Lucy joined Integral in 2010 and advises firms across the UK on Audit and General Practice and all aspects of their strategic development. A graduate of York University where she studied Politics, she spent 7 years working for a leading global professional services recruitment firm before going on to run a specialist professional services team for 5 years. She has successfully advised key firms across the South East and sourced Partners, Directors, Managers and senior level professional staff across all disciplines. She also attends and runs a number of networking events.
Steve Skeates
Head of Professional Services
Steve is the Managing Director at Integral and assumes overall responsibility for the strategy and direction of the business. He founded Integral in 2001 and has since advised on a number of the most high profile moves in the accountancy profession. Steve has supported a number of businesses in developing their Partner and Director recruitment strategies across tax, audit and advisory disciplines. In 2008 Steve was also recognised by the 'Who's Who' Guide as one of the leading entrepreneurs in the UK under the age of 35. Prior to Integral, Steve qualified as an Occupational Psychologist before joining one of the UK’s leading recruitment firms.
Diana Abdelmalak
Business Intelligence and Research
Diana joined Integral in March 2006 and is responsible for the research function across the financial markets. She has over 4 years research experience within tax, audit, corporate finance and corporate recovery across professional services as well as the commerce & industry tax market. During her time at Integral, Diana has worked on a diverse range of search and selection assignments and has contributed to placing very senior level hires. Diana holds a 1st Class (hons) degree in Business Administration from London South Bank University.
