Mark joined Integral in January 2006 to establish the in-house tax desk. He has successfully advised on a number of high profile moves in the FTSE and Fortune 500 market as well as the Investment Management and Insurance sector. With over 8 years experience in the commercial tax market, Mark has extensive experience in conducting senior search and selection campaigns and advising a variety of key clients on an ongoing basis.
Eylem Emiroglu
Commercial Tax
Eylem joined Integral in September 2009 to continue the firm's growth within the tax Commerce & Industry market. Having successfully delivered in a number of jurisdictions including the UK, Europe and the Middle East, Eylem will continue to focus on Tax Commerce with a particular focus on the technology, telecommunications and media sectors. Prior to joining Integral, Eylem began her recruitment career with a global firm where she gained extensive experience in the finance and treasury arena. Thereafter, she joined a market leading boutique firm specialising in tax and has delivered on a number of high profile senior searches within the FTSE and Fortune 500 market. With a background in Psychology, she adds true value by bringing the right people together.
Kirsteen Brannigan-Hughes
Commercial Tax
Kirsteen joined Integral in January 2010 to help grow the in-house tax team and build on the success Integral have enjoyed to date. Kirsteen has experience of recruiting in the commerce and industry tax market, and has successfully recruited individuals ranging from Head of Tax to Tax Manager in London and the South East. Her recruitment career started as a general finance recruiter before moving to become a tax specialist for a global finance recruitment business. Kirsteen spent four and a half years developing an understanding of the market and establishing relationships before joining Integral. Kirsteen graduated with a BSc from Stirling University.
Steve Skeates
Head of Professional Services
Steve is the Managing Director at Integral and assumes overall responsibility for the strategy and direction of the business. He founded Integral in 2001 and has since advised on a number of the most high profile moves in the accountancy profession. Steve is particularly well regarded for his tax expertise and has supported a number of businesses in developing their Partner and Director recruitment strategies. Last year Steve was also recognised by the 'Who's Who' Guide as one of the leading entrepreneurs in the UK under the age of 35. Prior to Integral, Steve qualified as an Occupational Psychologist before joining one of the UK’s leading recruitment firms.
Michelle Taylor
Corporate & International Tax
Michelle joined Integral Search in 2007 and focuses on providing corporate tax advice to Professional Service firms. She has particular expertise in transfer pricing, transactions, international and entrepreneurial taxes. Michelle has successfully completed a diverse range of searches that includes Real-Estate Tax Directors, Corporate Tax Partners and, International Tax Senior Directors. She also advises within Indirect tax supporting leaders in this specialist field. Prior to Integral, Michelle starting off her career training with a tax boutique formed of Big 4 partners where she also studied for her ATT. Thereafter she joined a leading recruitment firm and is now recognised as one of the leading advisors within the corporate tax recruitment market. Michelle is also head of the Practice Mergers & Acquisitions team and has extensive experience advising management teams on all aspects of their firm’s strategic development.
Sharon Furbank
Private Client & Human Capital
Sharon is responsible for the Private Client and Human Capital practice at Integral. She has 16 years’ personal and expatriate tax experience and has worked in both the Big 4 and in-house. With this background, Sharon brings a unique perspective to the recruitment industry where she has specialised since 2007. Since joining Integral Sharon has worked on a wide range of high profile appointments across London and the UK and is widely regarded as a leader in her field. She focuses on private client tax, expatriate and employment tax, share schemes, compensation and benefits, tax investigations and global mobility. Her clients include the leading accountancy practices, law firms and niche consultancies as well as banks, trust companies, industry & commerce and family offices. Sharon holds a degree in International Business with German and is ATT qualified.
Caroline Chater
Indirect Tax
Caroline joined Integral at its inception and has a particular focus on senior tax appointments. She has a considerable range of expertise that has been built up over the last 15 years spanning Tax, Corporate Finance and Assurance. Caroline is particularly well known for advising the indirect tax marketplace and has developed an enviable record for appointing senior candidates into strategic leadership and partnership positions. Before entering recruitment, Caroline graduated in Law and subsequently worked at a leading international law firm. This experience enables her to intimately understand the cultural and working practices of professional partnerships.
Robert Beck
Financial Services Tax
Robert joined Integral in 2006. His focus has been to work on searches in the UK advising on senior level tax appointments across a number of different markets including the financial services and legal industry. His experience includes 10 years recruitment experience and he worked for two other well known search and selection recruitment businesses before joining Integral. Robert holds a degree in Valuation and Estate Management studies from Bristol University.
Diana Abdelmalak
Business Intelligence and Research
Diana joined Integral in March 2006 and is responsible for the research function across the financial markets. She has over 4 years research experience within tax, audit, corporate finance and corporate recovery across professional services as well as the commerce & industry tax market. During her time at Integral, Diana has worked on a diverse range of search and selection assignments and has contributed to placing very senior level hires. Diana holds a 1st Class (hons) degree in Business Administration from London South Bank University.
Victoria Roberts
Business Intelligence & Research
Victoria joined Integral in February 2010 and has in excess of 7 years recruitment experience gained primarily within the professional services and finance sectors. She brings with her a natural flare for working at very senior level and advises across the international markets and commercial / FS tax markets. Prior to her career in recruitment, Victoria studied Biological Sciences at Exeter University.
