Employees at tax jobs provider Smith & Williamson have attained new qualifications after passing industry exams.

The firm said that Rachel Holloway, Emma Stafford, Tanya Lloyd and Claire Rapport have all been successful.

Ms Holloway and Ms Stafford have joined Nicolas Reid and Alyson McMoran in being fully ATT qualified, while Ms Lloyd and Ms Rapport now hold CTA accreditation.

Joss Dalrymple, head of private client tax services at the company, praised those that passed the tax tests.

"Congratulations to all of our recently qualified tax professionals," she remarked, adding: "I'd like to applaud Rachel Holloway for her exceptional work on her IHT paper".

Ms Holloway picked up an accolade for her performance and Ms Dalrymple added that this is an indication of her "hard work and outstanding performance".

Smith & Williamson, which is the eighth-largest accountancy company in the UK, has ten offices, including sites in Birmingham, Bristol, London and Southampton.
